Singleton Team
Direct Advance for Singleton Teams in State only Leagues
Registration:
All teams are required to have their TennisLink rosters finalized with the minimum number of eligible players by the deadline provided on the download link
If an area has 2 or more teams at a level, they must play locally. The Champion of the league will advance to the state championships. If an area only has 1 team, a Singleton team, they will be able to go Straight to State.
Eligibility:
1) Teams advancing directly to a State Championship must consist of 60% of players from
South Carolina. A player’s residency will be determined by their address in TennisLink.
2) Teams must consist of 50% of players from the Local Area.
a. This would be to prevent all-star teams from being created or teams from registering
in other leagues that don’t have participation.
